You can also buy them in various "colour" temperatures, like daylight, cool white, warm white, natural white, or whatever terms different manufacturers may use. What you want is daylight, with a Kelvin rating around 6500K. GE, Phillips and Sylvania all make these. Somewhere on the box it will probably give the kelvin number, around 6500K is fine. The hood takes two bulbs, so get 10w CF bulbs. I have these over my 20g and they are perfect.
