My tank is moderately planted. The water got murky so I did a water change and by the next day debris had settled and the water was nice and clear. I turn on the light late morning, and when I go to turn it off in the evening I noticed millions of white specs. How did my tank get so dirty so fast?!

Upon closer inspection I realized those tiny white specs were tiny bubbles illuminated by the light. For the first time I looked at my plants and noticed millions of little bubbles of oxygen rolling off the bottom of the leaves, and some collecting into larger bubbles like dew drops. I thought it was one of the most beautiful things I've seen. The very common process that gives life to us all, visible to me for the first time from under water.

I am truly a fan of aquatic gardens now

I'm personally not a fan of "castles" and such:lol: but that is of no consequence, as this is your tank and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the castle. And, the aquascape is very nice, truly. A nice balance with the wood and plants around the castle.:welldone:

Good job.

Byron.

I think the tank looks good with the castle! I agree there is a nice balance between everything there. Through this is your tank like Byron has already stated so if your not happy with it you should do what you feel is best for it. As you will be the one looking at it all the time
