I'd put that plant to the left or the right side of the tank where it won't try to invade a wider area. Trim out most of the leaves that reach the surface before they become such a nuisance for the other plants.

I'm ready for the pressure.
The drama and the pleasure!
If there is one thing I want to see here, it's HUMOR.
I believe I can fly!
I believe I can touch the sky!
I think about it every night and day!
I stand in awe of my body.

Yes I got mine by mistake form an online plant place. It looked dead when I got it but it is my best growing plant, I wish I had known this when I placed it between two other palnts. you may also like ludwigia repens, it grows quickly for me and has great color.

if it sends up a surface leaf that manages to open on the surface it will move up a gear in growth speed

Just Gorgeous. SO GLAD I got this plant

This plant is vibrant pink and is the centrepiece to my 55 gal.
Here is what it looks like today! Big difference from those first pic eh!
I recommend this plant to anyone! YOu just have to trim it from time to time or it will take over your tank :)
