I think my anubias nana is flowering! its just making a long stalk that taller than the other leaves. This particular stalk grew at the same time as a new leaf was growing. The new leaf has already developed, yet the stalk continues to grow taller! i doesnt look like a leaf. I will have pics later this evening. What should I do if it is a flower? thanks
Mine has flowered before also. I just left it and eventually it broke off and I discarded it. Maybe some of the plant gurus out there would have more info for you.
Heres a pic. I got home today and found a steady stream of bubbles coming from the stalk 0_0 I hadnt done a water change or anything so i dont know why the bubbles are emerging from the stalk
the tank is a mess due to an outbreak of green dust algae and green spot algae. I currently applying flurish excel and my banana plant is now shading the anubas plant so hopefully the algae will subside.i wonder when the flower will open 0_0 it doesnt seem to be getting taller. At least i cant tell
