20 Gallon Long Planted tank light advice

Hi Everyone,

New to the forum and have done a ton of research into Dwarf Baby Tear Drops. I just set up my 20 gallon long tank 2 weeks ago with black gravel and black sand along with a layer of Latercite at the bottom.

I have an Aqueon T5 Dual lamp with 1 18 watt, T5 lamp at 6700K and 1 18 watt, colormax lamp.

I just planted my Dwarf Baby tear drops today into this setting.

Do I have enough light? There is a lot of conflicting information regarding Watts per gallon vs. the new T5 standards because it emits more light vs the old T8 and T12.

at 36 Watts total and 1.8 WPG, is this going to be enough along with my doses of API leaf food and API C02?

API Leaf = 1 dose per week

API C02 = daily.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Do you plan on growing a carpet of it? I would probably have two 6500k bulbs instead of just one. is it normal or high output t5?

110 gallon
