You need nitrates below 20ppm - you'll likely need to do at least two 50% water changes to get nitrates as low as possible.

Father Knows Best but Abbey knows everything! I once knew everything, then I asked one question.

If you cycled with pure ammonia, do a 80-90% change, lower you get the nitrates before adding fish the better.

No harm in adding a large dose of ammonia to make sure you are indeed cycled. If you dose the tank and find it is all gone in 24 hours you are cycled.

There is actually nothing stopping you adding a FULL stock of fish at this point, although better to ease on the side of caution and add slowly. Usually with ammonia fishless cycles, you will create such a large amount of beneficial bacteria, it will not send the tank into a cycle if you fully stock.

Let us know how it goes.

10g Fry / Hospital / QT tank (as needed)

75g Saltwater Reef, Ocellaris Clownfish, Lyretail Antias (baby), Lemon damsel, Longtail Fairy Wrasse, purple dottyback, snails, crabs and a few LPS corals.

220g Still sitting empty (come on Lottery I need the numbers to come up!)
