White worm?

I just finished a water change and I saw a white worm about 1/2 inch long and about twice the thickness of a human hair free floating in the tank. I thought it was just some debris at first but it started wriggling around!

Can this be planaria or a parasite?

Help!

Yup! Planeria- it's a sign of overfeeding. Just cut down the feeding and up the water changes and it'll go away.
