I just got back! It was horrible trying to catch 9 fish. The biggest Front jump out of my net and I was like crying and gosh, he is huge and slippery.

I could not get to the LFS fast enough. They gave me $198 for my fish ~ store credit, or you can take 1/2 cash.

I got lots of plants! No fish yet ~ tomorrow!

Yes and no. They are not just fish. You have slaved for these beautiful facinating slippery little creatures for a very long time and it is ok to feel what you were feeling!! But, you obviously had a reason to decide to get out of cichlids, and it was time. So after they shocked you with the total cash/credit, and you did a little happy dance over it, lol, I hope you wandered around for a bit like a kid in a candy store!! You said you bought some plants and I imagine tonight you are planting them. Did they have everything on your fish list/wish list you are looking for? and what will you be picking up tomorrow?

Oh, I am glad you didn't forget me! My tank is complete! I just sat down. It was strange to aquascape a tank without apologizing every second!

I bought a light with two bulbs ~ very nice and OMG. It is just what I have been looking for, for months!

Hard to believe I have almost $200 worth of plants and decor in this ~ Should I take a picture? I didn't really look at the fish because I just wanted to concentrate on plants.

Tomorrow I will get fish if my readings are okay in the morning. I am so excited! Nervous as hell though. I think I will just get a big school of something. You always lose some, right?

Yes, take pics! We love pics, in case you haven't already noticed, lol.
And no, you don't "always" lose some!
