What's growing on bogwood?

I've got some bogwood in new tank and it's starting to get a light covering of what looks like tiny bits of white cotton wool, what is it?

I had some driftwood that same thing appeared on when i first added it .After boiling it ,problem dissapeared.

The most important medication in your fish medicine cabinet is.. Clean water.

It's probably just a bit of fungus, not a big deal, just boil the driftwood. If it continues to come back, it's probably something like grapewood, which has too many sugars in it to be used in a tank. It will form this fungus no matter how many times you clean it off.
