Question What kinda fish is this??

I am having the hardest time trying to figure out what type of fish this is. I cant remember exactly where I got him (I call it a he) at, but I know I dont want another one cause he's kinda mean, Im guessing he's semi-aggressive because he nips fins and has killed; my betta, some white clouds, zebra Danios, and a platy or two. Soo Im kinda afraid to get any fish until I find out what exactly he is. Sorry my pics arent very good but he's a bluey grey color, and the tips of his fins are and orangy color, and he's about 3inches long.

Subject: Larry LaPrise dead at 93

With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went unnoticed last week.

Larry LaPrise, the man that wrote "The Hokey Pokey" died peacefully at the age of 93. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in. And then the trouble started.

Could you take a photo from a little way back from the tank, just so we can get a better idea? If we could see him in the tank clearly someone will probably know.

I tried to take more pics. Sorry theyre not very good, Im having water issues right now :( And no he doesnt have the skinny feeler fins on the front like I see other gouramis have, so I dont know if he's a different type or what. I went to petsmart and walmart to see if they had one like him and they didnt. I cant find him anywhere LOL

Maybe some type of Chichlid? Maybe this Panda Dwarf Chiclid - the discription sounds similar to what you posted:

That's a paradise fish. Anabantids related to gouramis and bettas. They're actually a cold water species rather than a tropical fish so should be kept at lower temperatures than typical tropical fish. They can also be very aggressive, especially toward other anabantids.
