You've got some fish issues if that's your stock. You're gonna want a group of at least six of either the neons or the glowlights. You could probably do both, especially if you renewed your effort to plant your tank. Also, upping your otos to 3 seems reasonable. They like having a small group too. Just keep algae wafers on hand cause three of them will keep a 10g spotless.

If you can I'd find another tank for the platys. They like hard, basic water. Essentially the opposite of the neons and glowlights.

All this is assuming adequate filtration. I'm assuming you're running something like an Aquaclear 20. Can you give us a better idea of your exact setup and water params?

I havent had any problems with the fish stock right now. I had 3 neons which in real terms...is fine but one died so I went to replace it and there was a mixup with the tetras. Also with the oto I just thought one would be fine because I was going by the inch per gallon rule. I am using a marineland penguin 150 I believe

I'm not suggesting that you've necessarily seen any issues, just that both the neons and glowlights are shoaling species and are happiest in groups of 6 or more. I'd plan for that. But it's your tank.
