hi
what about a little Ellite sting ray,
it's a little underwater filter, there is another member here
who has got one,and i think they are doing ok with it.
i've got a little external on my small tank,
however i can't for the life of me remember what it's called.
i do know that there are people out there that say mine
is a cheap and nasty filter, however it has served me well.
if i can find a pic i will post it,if your interested.
I've got an elite stingray 5 on my fry tank and I haven't had any problems with it. Flow isn't very strong which the guppies will appreciate and I don't think they were too expensive.
do you think that the stingray 5 will suck guppy fry into it , or is it not strong enough. its only a 5 gallon aquarium.
it also produces a current, i was wondering if a current isany good for guppies or should i go get a sponge filter, which wont produce a current ?
thanks Falina,
i have no experiance with that filter,so
i didn't want to say the wrong thing.
