My camera is a point-and-shoot, so I can't change apertures and things like that. Maybe playing with the white balance might let me get a good photo, but I'm not that familiar with my new camera to do that yet.

When you are rearranging, bear in mind that your plants will grow. You can see in my photos how much mine have grown already (I was surprised at the difference between the first photo and the recent ones). Sometimes you fix it for the present and then it all changes on you and it then looks wrong. It's hard to imagine how it will look after things grow, I find.

christmas moss likes colder temps, so you have to max out at around 82 degrees.

I think the temperature would be fine for Christmas moss. I have been keeping my tank around 79-80 degrees. I just love the look of the Bearded Algae on that pot. I am hesitant to add anything more until after I get rid of the Leporinus.
