Is this water too cloudy?

It does look cloudy to me also lots of great suggestions here though

This seems to be a bacterial bloom (which is basically harmless) but the answers to the questions asked in previous posts will help us sort out the probable reason.

There is one other option, and that is cloudy tap water; run a large jar of water from the tap and see if it is cloudy. I remember having very cloudy tanks for several days after each water change one year when very heavy rains washed minute sediment into the water reservoir lakes.
