Tyyrlym you said "First, don't. Feed them regularly up until you go then start back up when you return. If you're having issues with your tank's cycle and you're going to be away for an extended period you're better off not feeding them and not helping make more nitrogenous substances in the tank. The fish should be fine for 8 to 9 days without food. Do a big water change before you go, feed them, and leave."
So, a bit confused. Dont feed them regularly from now until I go? And start feeding reg. when I get back? And do a big water chage before I go, along with the dailys, right? So, should I use the auto feeder which dispenses small amounts of food and/or vacay food, or go nothing at all? Thanks so much for your input btw. Im soooo glad I found this site.
