Two different types of algae are in my tank

Two different types of algae are in my tank

Can anyone identify these two different type of algae. On only is growing on the rubber parts in my tank. The thermometer suction ane the heaters suction they are little white circles. Also ON my octopus there is Brown spots on him now. Is this bad?

This is on my heaters suction cup.

reduce your light and do a 25% WC and reduce feedings.
