HELLO JOUTEIMIKE, I AGREE WITH YOU IN A WAY, BUT SOMETIMES WE NEED TO LEARN THE HARD WAY, I DID SO, AND NOW I HAVE MANY TANKS THRIVING, MY FAVORITES ONES ARE MY REEF TANK, MY AMAZONIAN TANK AND MY MALAWI TANK. WE AQUARISTS NEED TO CONTROL THE PARAMETERS INS THE WATER. WE MUST ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO REALLY LEARN HOW TO DO SO.HERE IN MEXICO I SUFFERED AND MANY OF MY FISH DID BECAUSE I DID NSDOT KNOW HOW TO CONTROL CERTAIN PARAMETERS. STHE ONLY ONE THAT A I COULD CONTROL WAS TEMPERATURE. JUST IMAGINE ¡¡¡ I NOW HAVE MUCH EXPIERENCE, AND I STRY TO RECCOMEND CHEMICALS THAT ARE SAFER THAN OTHER THAT I CURRENTLY USE. I HOPE YOU GET MY POINT. AND BELIEVE ME I AM NOT FIGHTING, BUT I WANT OTHER TO LEARN THE ARTE OF FISHKEEPING THAT IS ALL. ANYWAY YOU ARE MY PAL JOUTEIMIKE AND YOU HAVE A FRIEND IN MEXICO. THAT IS ME. COANGRATULATIONS AND SALUDOS DESDE MEXICO.

That reply disturbs me and concerns me. We are not here to give people advice so that they learn things the hard way...we are here to give people friendly advice to help them...clear things up...makes things easier...save their fish!

So many posts you immediately disagree with everyone, and assertively say they should do it your way without even asking questions or getting to the root of the problem. Without knowing vital details and information you cannot jump to conclusions...for obvious reasons.

I suggest you read the "Rules of conduct" that is a sticky thread in Fish Forum News and Announcements, please.
