Too little CO2 ?

using the following chart
(and would appreciate hearing those vouch for or against it)

KH is 1 or less (API test)
pH is higher than 7.4 (i need a wide range pH test kit)

(so many questions, and i can't ask them all without confusing people)
to increase CO2, ... ideas please ?

i could turn off the air bubbler & reduce photo period hours.
add more critters
... and i'm out of long term ideas

Chart is useless since it works on the basis that any kH and pH change is CO2 and only CO2, which is never the case.

If you are not injecting CO2 it will be around normal levels, which is usually around 5ppm maybe a bit higher if heavily stocked.

.... I'm probably drunk.

This is how I lurk

heavily planted, (i consider it heavily planted although i'm wondering when i consider what i see others planted tanks like) very lightly stocked

29 gallon
2 kuhli loaches (going to another home soon so they can have more friends)
2 neon tetras
2 headlight testras
4 flagfish (only one is an adult)
1 bristlenose pleco (what i'm told anyway - about 2")
1 upside down catfish

i know the community fish in there must be lonely :(

yeah heavily planted is relative... I call mine densely weeded

light stock and bubbler: CO2 will be the typical levels for non-co2 injection. Co2 usually isn't limiting in the aquarium unless light is moderate to high.

fish don't get lonely.
