Okay one more question and I will get a small list for you. LOL Do you want easy to find fish or fish that may have to be special ordered.

Kindest Regards,
Amanda

Keeping fish its not a hobby it is a passion!

55 gallon, 44 gallon, one 20 gallon tank, three 10 gallon tanks, and a 2.5 gallon all with real plants.

I have MTS and there is no cure.

Okay here is a possible set up that I think would look very pretty and give you kind of what your looking for.
6 Emerald Cory's (for bottom action)
2 Honey Gourami (Either 2 males or a male and a female)
8 Harlequin Rasbora (middle action looks very nice swimming together)
8 Neon Tetra(also middle action and looks awesome and adds nice color to tank)

Kindest Regards,
Amanda

I am stumped on the bigger fish for a 20 gallon other than a gourami. If you want lots of color and activity you could do a group of female bettas you could probably do 10 female bettas.

Amanda

I am unfamiliar with Cichlids as I have never kept them because my water does not suit them. Maybe you could post in the cichlid section and someone could help you out.

Amanda
