some cories will shoal with others, some wont. I had stragglers and leftovers here and there, and in my 55 and 20 gallon tanks I have just a mess of different cories, they all get along just fine. like I said, some just hang out by themselves.

Id get one kind, though. they are neat when you have a bunch of them that actually school. I have 10 or 12 albinos (not sure which strain) in my 55g, and they are always moving 10 miles a second.

Dedicated, converted, lowes / home depot bulb buyer!
