Can anyone tel me how to use thermostar and how to set it in aquarium

did you mean thermostat? Generally speaking, you need to get a wattage appropriate for your tank size, set it to a temp that you want your tank to be at ( according to the fish your keeping) place it against the back of the wall with suction cups either in the middle, or in the filter outflow current, and thats it. Some people like to set the heater at a 45 degree angle as well.
