test kit and heater?

Looking to buy a test kit for my 75 Gal setup and heater. Any important things to make sure I get with each? What does the kit need to include just PH, Ammonia, Nitrate and Nitrite? Are the kits the same for African Cichlids as to the local store freshwater kits?

I live in Florida so its hot year round does this make any difference with the heaters ?

I am leaning toward the Marineland Visa Therm Stealth 250, not sure if its the best for the $$

The API Freshwater Test Kit is what you need. It includes everything you mentioned. Here's a link

I like the Stealth heaters. I have them in all my tanks.

150 Gallon - Mostly American Cichlids
135 Gallon - Angelfish Community
75 Gallon - Odd couple (Polleni/Angelfish)
55 Gallon - African tank
20 Gallon Long - QT
10 Gallon - Empty
