Temperature getting too high?

I have a 60 gallon tank and it is cycling now. I am going to put fancy goldfish in their. The water temperature is getting up to 76 degrees without the heater on? What should I Do? Is that too high for the goldfish?

They will be fine in whatever temp you keep your house.

125 - BGK, chanchito cichlid, pictus cats, silver dollars, palmas bichir
125 - cichlids (severums, bolivian rams, chocolate), rainbows ( turquoise, red), loaches (angelicus, zebra, kuhli and horseface), plecos (BN, RL and clown), denison barbs, tiretrack eel, pearl gouramis, betta
90 - Congo tetras, african knife, upside down cats, spotted ctenopoma, kribensis, delhezzi bichir
2.5 - betta
