the tank was 1/4 inch sloping to the right and to the front a bit and it is cracked on the front at the bottome right corner extending out at a 45 degree angle. i dont think it is the stand cause it was lvl at my other place it is a new tank 2 weeks old i think the cement is unlvl cuase the only corner that isnt near a wall is the one that is a 1/4 inch lower than all the rest

Check the cement with your level, place the stand, check it with your level. Then you will know where the problem lies. Check for level along both axis. Good luck!

The tank sounds like it was either defective or the ones you bought it from fractured the glass. I would call whomever you bought it from and try to get a replacement.

1/4 inch is not enough to worry about to be honest. My 10 gallons slope that much and even when I had my 55 set up I had at least a 1/4 inch slope.
