I know Mary does her best to answer Emails, but also know that emails over weekends/ holiday season sometimes take a few days, I imagine they may have had a few days off for Thanksgiving as most of us.
As for the Temperature / shipping matter when in doubt they do add heat packs and I have ordered large shipment of plants (some fragile one's in the mix) last Nov from OH to TN and I had no issue they where packed real well. However I'd also not suggest to not check your mailbox until late at night and have them sit outside for a day during these cooler days now.

As for Mary answering e-mails, I should clarify that she was
sending me e-mails about replacement plants for items that were not in stock. On those e-mails I kept asking her for approx. ship date or week because of the holidays coming up and I needed to be sure we were going to be here etc....
Having said that, the plants showed up in good condition and I don't have a problem with the outfit per se.., just sharing my experience with Inga so she knows she's not alone.
