Ok I am looking for suggestions on what to put into the 10 gal tank at work. I have a Betta and a snail that will go in there. I have had a Betta with Neons, Swordtails, Fancy Tail Guppys, and Zebra Danios in 20 Gal tanks over the years so I am looking for something different I like the idea of a handful of small schooling fish of some type or a few different types that do well in pairs. I will only have artifical plants if that helps at all.
Thank you for your suggestion. I know some Bettas can be agressive but I have had several over the 20 years I have had aquariums in with the fish I mentioned abouve and never had a problem. I do have a back up tank incase there is a problem.
With a back up tank, you could likely risk quite a few options for the lower and mid levels of the tank. You might be able to find dwarf loaches that have similar water and temp requirements or possibly a school of any small tetra.
