Yes, they will be fine in that size tank.

They are extremely slow growers and it takes around a year for males to fully develop the metallic blue color, females stay a brown color.

They are a stunning fish though when the male does color up.

Keep them in a 1 male to 4 female ratio to help reduce the advances of the male towards a single female.

10g Fry / Hospital / QT tank (as needed)

75g Saltwater Reef, Ocellaris Clownfish, Lyretail Antias (baby), Lemon damsel, Longtail Fairy Wrasse, purple dottyback, snails, crabs and a few LPS corals.

220g Still sitting empty (come on Lottery I need the numbers to come up!)

Thankyou very much, they have my name included in there name haha. What would be the best kind of environment for them? Its a totally blank canvas at the moment. Also what kind of tank mates would be best? Iv not had cichilids before so its like a new venture

You can mix almost any peacock with them as they get along with nearly all of them.

They can also be kept with the bigger Haps as well but you only have room for about 1 of them, so I would stick with the peacocks.
