If the three otos are doing well, I would leave well enough alone and not add more of them. They are, in their own way, probably socializing as much as they want just fine.
A 10g is too small a tank for any molly, frankly, so I would not increase what you have. Leave what is working alone here too.
A small group of corys could be added, they have less impact on things that upper fish. Five is about the minimum number you want, and I would select one of the smallish species. By which I mean, they remain under 2 inches when fully grown. There are several in our profiles. Some have more specific needs regarding water parameters, being GH, pH and temperature, so keep that in mind.
