Stocking my Rio 180

Hi all

I'm looking for a bit of advice on stocking my rio 180 litre tank. I would like to add a few more fish, but not sure what I have room for. Here's the current inhabitants:

13 neon tetras
4 corydoras sterbai
2 blue rams
1 gold ram
2 plecos
1 red platy.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks, Katherine :D

Thanks Joeshmoe

I did think about it, but was a bit worried that the tetras might be eaten by angels as they are still very small.

Also I'm not sure that the tank is really deep enough for angels? It's 17 inches deep.

well 18in high if you want angles but we all no what you get when you put small tetras (two lost souls swiming in a big bowl)

Hi Kate,
What about diamond tetras?
Or maybe..
black phantom, harlequin rasboras, emperor tetras, glass bloodfin.
So many choices.
Can't just risk getting angelfish with neons though.

Right, I'm going to go and look up all the different types of tetras available. Do I have room for a group of perhaps ten? I don't want to overstock.

What do you guys think?

Thanks for the link Joe.

Just had a look and I really like the Diamond tetras - I'll find out more about them and make a decision from there.

Thanks for all the help guys
