Stocking my 45 gallon tank

So I just finish my cycle a few days ago. I stocked it a day ago, with 6 neon tetra (2" each), 2 angelfish (6" each), 1 Pleco (12"), 2 Black skirts (2" each), and 2 Red eye (3" each). All the sizes are for adult sizes. I did the math and it comes out to 46" of fish which is in turn 46 gallons if you follow the common rule 1" per gallon. Does this really mean my tank is at max? It seems like it is still empty, any advice is helpful. Also please I dont want to hear about neons and angelfish, I did my research on this topic and its fine if they grow up together at the same time. Thanks.

Just let you all know that the size is a 48.6 gallon tank, 36"x24"x13". Its one of those "45 gallons" that are taller then normal.

just because of the pleco i would say your close to size but you might be able to swueeze in a few more fish, and just so you know when your angels get big enogh they WILL eat the neons usually what ever can fit in their mouth WILL, poor chopice of fish IMO. but if it works for you then cool if not shoulda done your homework. if i were you i would get like 3-4 more angels i just love those guys :D
