12 us gal tank - 19.5" long, 13" deep, 11" tall
Heavily planted (vals, Java Fern, couple of crypts, some dwarf hairgrass)

1 x Honey Gourami (trichogaster chuna)
2 x Peacock Gudgeons (tateurndina ocellicauda)
10 - 15 x Ember tetras (hyphessobrycon amandae)

Would 1 x Apistogramma agassizii (some red type) be possible in that set up? AqAdvisor says '90 - 100% stocking' (depending on amount of ember tetras) and 417% filtration max, no major issues, so of course I wanted to check with the people who actually know stuff about stuff :)

Just wanting opinions on the workability; I'm not interested in breeding at all, more concerned about compatibility, temperament, etc, don't want anyone getting et. :)

Thanks you guys!

Yes I think you could add 1 apisto without an issue. Others may not agree, but that's okay. If you had a 20 gallon tank no one would say no, but since its small there is some doubt for some. I mean, I wouldn't suggest that someone do what you want to do, but I don't think it's bad enough to tell you shouldn't do it.

I agree, you learn way more by doing than listening. I think as long as odds aren't worse than even it's okay and even good to try something
