If you already have a community tank, why not a dry one filled with turtles, hermit crabs, etc. Ive heard crabs arent too hard to take care of.

i have actually kept hermit crabs before,they are an entertaining creature
i have to say.
Turtles are something i've not looked into,and i should really.
the tank is ticking over with a couple of fish in there,so it's good to
go if i want something aquatic.
one thing i really would like is frogs !
hmmmmmmmmmm research on a saturday afternoon sounds good. !!

when you set up a new tank,hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor,that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.
