So we're dealing with medium hard water that is basic in pH. The latter may slowly lower, depending upon the carbonate hardness. But assuming for the moment it remains, you have options from the livebearers, rainbowfish (see under Atherinids in the profiles), angelfish, medium cichlids (Central and South American types), Cyprinids (peaceful barb, danio, medium and larger rasbora, medium characins that manage in such water. Parameters are mentioned in the profiles, some fish can adapt, some can't, that will be noted.
