Snail eggs and other mystery pests

Hi,
in my 130L Aquarium i have aquired masses of Pond snail eggs, i have an assassin snail that is doing a great job of eating the larger snails but he seems to ignore the smaller ones and the eggs are just building up :(

i have 20 Female guppies
4 Male guppies
2 Female mollies
1 male molly
1 sucking loach ( Temporary measure untill my LFS get some new pleco's stocked(also i have read terrible things on this fish and the one i have is nothing but friendly and a great algae eater :S))

and about 15 Guppy fry,

i am well aware i am overstocked,
but i gravel vack and 15% water changes twice weekly, and i have 6 fast groving plants that eat up alot of toxins,

my ammonia and nitrite levels are 0ppm

Are there any suitable fish ( or anything else for that matter) that will tackle the snail eggs?

Also i have found 3 insect-y things in my tank, i have a feeling they are the result of uneaten live bloodowrm could that be the case?

they all looked like the thing i have draw in the attached photo, are they harmfull to fish? how can i make sure i remove them all?

Thanks for all help and advice

Hmm, that could be a dragonfly nymph or mosquito larvae or something like that.

As for fish that will eat the snail eggs...I personally haven't really found any that will. I guess maybe the goo that makes up the egg sacs isn't very tasty, or something.

thanks, is the larvae dangerous to any of my fish, it was small about the size of a week old guppy fry,

It depends on what it is. Dragonfly nymphs can kill and eat small fish, but mosquito larvae are mostly harmless as far as I know.
