My african dwarf frog is definitely sick. He is floating on the top and when I touch him he barely moves. There is no sign of illness other than the fact that he is lethargic and won't eat. I'm thinking it is a bacterial infection. What do I do?!
Also, I just flipped him over and he has red veins running through his leg and his underbelly. :( I think he has some sort of internal bacterial infection. What can I do to treat him? Is there any type of medicine I can quarantine him with? What should I do with my other ADF and my other fish? Is the aquarium infected now?
Bettababy just said in my thread that adding salt would burn the frog's skin and slowly kill them so I'm going to assume you shouldn't really add salt at all. If you have more frogs maybe seperate it and do frequent water changes in it's little tank or w/e it is to keep it clean. Clean water can work wonders to heal illnesses I know. But that's the best advice I can give. Others might know better solutions.
"He situates himself in relation to time. He takes his place in it. He admits that he stands at a certain point on a curve that he acknowledges having to travel to its end. He belongs to time, and by the horror that seizes him, he recognizes his worst enemy. Tomorrow, he was longing for tomorrow, whereas everything in him ought to reject it."
