Should I change the pH

Hi I want my pH to be 6.5 because most of my fish are amazonian... The tank inhabitants are already used to 7.6 the pH. And how much peat should I use for a 38 gallon

Well if your fish are already used to the pH there is no point in changing it. Besides, if you try to change your pH too fast you are going to kill all of your fish
