Ok, will pull it. The power filter does break the water's surface so that will stay. I need to pick up some ferts this week too for the plants.

Update: Tank is super clear and the plants are doing great. I should have fish in it next weekend (I hope) and I will order some final plants for it too. I'm using a liquid fert now as well and will test the water here soon.
