Exclamation safe to add a couple hardy fish? (please answer asap)

Hello i was wondering if it would be safe to add a couple tiger barbs in my 36g bow. Here are the list of my tests that i just took~
Ammonia: 0 :D
nitrate: 5.0
nitrite: 0 to a trace (hard to read those tests some times)
PH: a little high around 7.6-8.0 im trying to get it down

I am also running my other filter from my 10g to help with the biological system in there :)

If you could answer as soon as possible that would be great! Thank you all!!!
OH and it has been cycleing with nothing but plants and water from my other tank for about 1 and a half weeks

10 gallon freshwater

With what have you tested this, strips or liquid kit?

I'd not suggest adding right now. The way I see this, you hadn't had a ammonia peak yet have ya?

Do you run 2 filters on there now? If you just take the sponge outta your 10g and 'wash it' in the new bowfront till you have some good 'muck' of it in the tank, that's all the bacteria you'll need right there, no need to run 2 filters

I'd suggest to keep measuring at least for 1 week (+) with a liquid test kit then see what your parameters are before SLOWLY start adding FEW fish.

What were you using as an ammonia source for food for the bacteria?

150 Gallon - Mostly American Cichlids
135 Gallon - Angelfish Community
75 Gallon - Odd couple (Polleni/Angelfish)
55 Gallon - African tank
20 Gallon Long - QT
10 Gallon - Empty

In addition, if you do add Tigers, you'd be better with a school of 6+ so they don't get on each other's nerves...
