Hello all, sorry it has been a while since I posted anything, but a tragic event has reverted me back to the fish forum community for support. Now for the sad part...
So I'm 18 years of age, and as most teens my age, we head off to college. The bad news came when my pops told me that it was my responsibility to find someone to either care for my babies (fish) or find out what I should do with them because he didn't want it to be his responsibility. So my move in date was rapidly approaching and my resources were very limited, i.e. no real way to transport my fish anywhere, but thank god my father allowed me to borrow his truck in order to transport them. What ended up happening was I called up my lfs and they agreed to take my babies and care for them until the perfect buyer presented themselves. All in all it was a very sad experience, (I almost cried) some of the fish I had were from when I had just started my original 20 tall tank. I raised a Bala Shark from a .5" juvenile to a 3" monster. I miss them all dearly but Karma has paid off in the form of a 200g tank that might be mine by summer
. It was a shame to see them go, but I have confidence that they will all be taken care of and be very happy. I'll keep you all updated on my various fish endeavors and thanks again for being here for me.
