I found ammonia hydroxide at Meijer, is this what I'm looking for?

Yes that will work as long as it is clear and contains no soaps/detergents. To determine this, give the bottle a shake, if it foams don't use it.

.... I'm probably drunk.

This is how I lurk

Yes. After a good shaking you should see no foam or suds.

If you don't stand up for something you'll fall for anything...

Thank you all. I picked up a bottle of Ave Ammonia and is 10% ammonium hydroxide and an eye dropper. I was going to cycle using flakes but it was not working so well. I added 5 drops of ammonia to the 10 gallon and 10 drops to the 20.
