well... I made the mistake of e-mailing him back to try and explain (thinking perhaps the question was worded badly). I said sorry you misunderstood my intentions I was just wanting some clarification on return policies, because I was confused.
Then he replies like so:
No, sorry. I'm way too creeped out that you keep contacting me trying to get a refund when you didn't even buy anything! I'm sorry.
Ok, what? This is almost funny! for one, I wasn't asking for a refund, I just wanted to know what a 100% guarantee meant! two, I DID buy something- I bid on his shrimp before he tried to block me!
IMO, one should READ the email BEFORE getting creeped out and blocking people. poor, confused guy. lol.
Whatever. If he doesn't want my money, he don't have to have it. hmpf.
