Pre soaking driftwood.

So I got a nice piece of Malaysian Driftwood for my 29g, but I'm not sure how long I'm supposed to let it soak. I've seen people say they boil it for like half an hour, and others say they let it soak for a week. I've had it soaking in extremely hot (but not boiling) water all day, changing the water every so often to make sure it stays hot. The water in the tub it's soaking in is no longer taking on a brownish tint... does that mean it's ready for the tank?

Yes, sounds like it's ready for the tank.
