Thanks, I think its some form of bamboo.

The tank has now cycled and I have 6 Zebra Danios, 2 Zebra Angelfish, 1 Green Sailfin Molly and 2 White Mollies at the moment.
Any suggestions as to any other good community fish I could put in there?

Welcome aboard!

Start a new thread and post your water parameters, hardness, pH, expected temperature. We'll need that to make suggestions.

Okie dokie, here are some of the inhabitants, those danios are nippy little blighters, can't get a good pic

Axe & Smash (the angels) and Finn (sailfin molly)

Six months but it only took maybe three or four months before I was having to rip a bunch of plants out of the tank to sell/give away.
