Question Pics for Identification Help

Below are pics of what I'm not calling Blue Tiger Platy and some random snails. Any help in identifying them would be great. The silver snail is the size of a dime the others are half that. The platy fry has very clear stripes but I've yet to encounter a blue platy that looks like this.

Thank you for any input.

The snails are just pond snails. The fish does look like a platty, but I'll let someone else jump in with which kind.

I agree on the pond snails...

Not so sure on the platy. It ALMOST looks like a baby samurai gourami...
if it is, I kill you.

I doubt it. :p

Been looking at gouramis and rasboras a lot so maybe thats why I'm seeing it.

I can see the similarities. Maybe I'll call them Samurai Platy... just for you. Then they can go to my son's Asia tank. lol. I had never see that kind of gourami before. I like it. Now I'm looking for some.... turns out, that's not easy. Nice.

They're definately awesome-looking.

I wish I could find a pair for my southeast asian tank but I guess I'll just leave them a spot. I might stumble on some in a few years lol.

What kind of fish and plants do you have in your SEA tank? My son's tank theme is asia and its difficult to choose what to go in there.

I just bought Zebra Danio for the Scotland tank. I figure the blue and white is as close as I'm going to get for the flag. I also bought dwarf grass. I'm not happy with it though... it always looks so nice in pictures online... in real life though... everything just feels lame.
