RO/DI stands for reverse osmosis / deionized water. Usually there will be a big machine that treats the water and let's you fill your containers.

Non of the 3 solutions will solve the hardness.

as of now i am mixing denison tap water and ro water 50/50. it is really improving parameters. i test every day and when a baseline appears i will then tweak that if needed. thanks
