penguin filter enough?

i bought the marineland 37 gallon kit at petco that came with a penguin 200. do i need and additional oxygen for the fish? tank is moderately planted.

I doubt you need anything additional, that filter is rated up to 50 gallons and with some plants, oxygen shouldn't be an issue.
