I agree that it may not be overstocked, but the compatablility of those fish is of concern to me, especially regarding the different types of gourami, and the rainbow shark with cories (rainbows dont like other bottom dwellers, I use to have one myself and know what they are like). Neons dont normally enjoy the same water parameters as mollies, and neons are tasty for angels when they grow large enough to eat them. Also, cories really should be in groups of around 5-6, 4 being scrapping the bottom of their shoal size.
But for your question of being overstocked, not really, again as previously said I too believe it goes with your personal opinion, your care and upkeep of water changes, as well as the filter you have on your tank.
