Is this overstocked?

Hi everyone. Last night I moved my 2 ten gallons and my 3 gallon to my new home. My bettas heater got broke in the process and I decided instead of replaceing it I would move him into the 10 gallon tall tank I have and I moved all the fish in the tall tank to the 10 gallon long tank that had just 2 african dwarf frogs. So now I am thinking is this ok or am I over stocked in the long tank. I can not put anything with the betta because he attacks everything I have tried beforebut hes so pretty I forgive him for being a meany LOL. All of the fish seem to love the extra length in the tank they have been much mora active and the frogs don't mind them at all. So any way here is a list of whats in the tank keep in mind I have 2 large amazon sword, a floating plant that I can't remember the name of and two betta bulbs that will be lillys eventually I also plan on adding some more plants asap and I always do my weekly water changes.
3 corydoras pygmaeus
4 corydoras habrosus
6 Ember tetra
8 Neon tetra
3 Oto
3 Ghost Shrimp
2 African Dwarf Frog

Kindest Regards,
Amanda

I personally think that is fine, especially for a long. I tend to stock heavily though. IMO is if it runs fine and all fish stay healthy, active and such then its fine. Just remember you lose stability with high stocking levels.

.... I'm probably drunk.

This is how I lurk

I had them all except the 2 frogs in the tall before and never had any problems with water perimeters so I am thinking it will be ok I really like the way they look in there and like I said the betta loves haveing so much more room and all of the others seem very happy much more active and swimming all over exploreing there new home. ; )

Kindest Regards,
Amanda
