Any ideas where to get some from? I realise I can collect wood/stones but wondering if there is types of shop or somewhere as a secret to the fish keeper?

craigslist, local fish group auctions, and some of the catalogs retailers are where deals can be found. I would use some caution in adding rocks or wood I just found outside. Take care not to introduce bacteria or disease into your tank.

silicone and pvc pipe to make easy caves for your fish, they don't look pretty unless you put some time in on decorating them but the fish don't care.

Wood especially can play havoc with a tank. I would research it's viability carefully before adding in random pieces.
