from those pictures it looks like that log is up against the glass, but it isnt. It sits about 2 inches from the glass. There was nothing pressing up against the glas to cause a pressure point.

Oh man that is awful. Do you have homeowners or renters insurance? It may help cover some of the expense. ( I am an insurance agent but do not know the claims side of the business)

I have been on the phone with All Glass I Emailed them the pictures so now its the waiting game. The neighbors downstairs has damage to their ceiling from the water. I dont know what is going to happen now! I do know before I set up another one I am moving to a ground floor! The professional carpet cleaners are coming out because of how wet the carpet is they will be able to get out more water than I will be able to.

Yikes, what a mess. It certainly looks as if this was a faulty piece of glass. It appears your tank is sitting on a solid base stand. Was the stand sold to you with the tank??
Amanda has a point in regards to homeowners or renters insurance covering costs when it comes to flooding. It would all depend upon how the policy is written. Are you renting, as are your neighbors?
What a mess...

I dont have renters insurance. I knew better than not have it. I was just talking w my boyfriend the other night about getting it too! AAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! !!
All glass wants the seriel number off the tank. You know those liitle stickers that are usually in the bottom of the tank? Well I can not find the one that is supposed to be in this one. I hope this wont hinder the progress of this claim with All Glass. The carpet people just left and sucked up the water. They put a fan blowing air under the carpet, so now the carpet is puffed up, it looks like on of those big blow up toys for kids to jump on!!!
